Stop Intruding!
They read, "This belongs to..... !"
But still ignore it,
As curiosity rules their actions.
It's almost like one's life
Is experienced through its pages
As they read it all!
When her life was an open book
No one was interested in it
And when she turned to her listener
All felt the need to know more about it.
As she failed to trust others
She had turned to her listener,
Her only companion
Who listened without judgement.
Neither does it utter a word
Nor does it spread the word
But can only listen to the pain and joys it's filled with.
Even though it was hidden in the most unexpected places
To hide all "her" secrets,
'Be it her grief and failure or joy and success.'
Intruders always found a way to look for it.
After all, they excelled in that sphere of life.
All she wanted was someone,
To listen to her when she felt low,
Someone who would not judge her,
And not betray her,
By spilling all her secrets.
So she turned to the best listener in the universe.
One who helped her get through her tough and happy times, both.
But even then, they seemed to have a problem with that.
Despite being to herself
They still want to intrude into "her" life.
So she poses a question to all,
"Is it that tough for you'll to stop intruding? "
